Alternator Harness?

I got my alternator harness today...it connects into the ground on the alt and has 3 wires coming from it...one to the alternator battery post, one to the single wire plug and then one to the 12v ignition source....Im pretty lost on how to do the install now..excessive amperage is close...I wanted to do it today...but if no one knows what to do ill just wait to ask him...I was just wondering what do i do with the stock wires that connected to the stock alt...and also the wire that goes from the harness to the alt. battery post do you just add onto that and run it to the battery post or what...heres pics of the harness....
