alternative mounting?

i put in new coaxials yesterday, and the bottom two screws in each were a hardcore pain in the *** to get out, so we didnt screw those in and just put in the top ones. the problem now is that my subs will rattle them. very lame. so im trying to think of another way to secure them without using screws. i was thinking zip ties mainly, but i would probably have to drill another hole. but i was thinking like sometime of rubber to go in between the speaker and the mount. the speakers would still rattle but it would be silent.

there has to be a good way to mount them, you really need to use all the screw locations. post a pic so we have a better idea. zipties are not going to be secure enough, you want to keep a seal all around the speaker. we need a little more info to help and a pic would REALLY help

sounds like a good plan but theyre not door mounted theyre the ones in the back above the rear seats. right now i think my best option is to cut away some of the material around the speaker.
