My truck had a squeak when it was started up in the cold....Changed the cerpentine belt and now I have no squeak at all

squeak or squeal is from a belt goin bad.

this happenned to my car and had t change harmonic balancer........big time ghey, easy fix though

I believe that's the technical name for a crankshaft pulley, but I think it would be unlikely for that to cause a belt to squeal.

then again it was only 2degrees outside and rain the previous night doesnt do it now
