I was wondering if a 160amp alt would be enough for roughly 12-1500watts of power? I have an Optima on order and am going to be using 1/0awg primary and 4awg secondary to the amps. I have done the big-3 with 4awg already.

should work well, good amp(s) choice. back in the day i ran 2 orion hcca275r's on 8 savard 17-015. 15" subs. one of my better set-up's.( just remenising) love orion and RF amps. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL : )
