Alt noise

Hi I'm new here. I know you're all a prolly tired of those noise questions, but... My problem is when I turn the volume on my hu just a little bit it produces a lot of noise from all the speakers when i rev the car. But with the volume down to 0 it's clear. I think it might be the grounds (amp ground most likely), but I have a pretty crapy hu Audiovox PAV 8000D dvd player, I did ground it good though, but ithink my amp ground might be a little rusty. Does anyone else have a PAV 8000D with the same problems?

Lanzar monitor w/tv tuner

Infinity 6 1/2 components front and back

JBL P80.4 for speakers

JBL BP1200.1

MTX 8000 15" in ported 3ft^3

Tsunami cap 2f

Hugfen DXZ rca

If you think you have a rusty amp ground, go out and reground it, and see if the problem goes away. Good luck.
