Alt. Help!

Need some help. Looking at h/o alts. Just not sure what size. I got a f150 the stock alt is 130a. I will b running about 3000 watt rms. between my sub amp and my mid amps. Need to know how many amps should the h/o alt be. And if it's more than I need will it hurt my truck. I use one of the online amp. finder to calculate how may amp alt. I needed and it said 380
