Alpine w200 problem

Ok here's what happened. I was listening to music and all of a sudden my cd player shuts off, but it came back on. Now when it comes back on, it powers up and starts to read the CD but then it shuts off again and does it over and over. It ONLY does it when I have a CD in though. When I take the CD out, the CD player stays powered up and on.

Anyone know what the problem could be?

It does it every now and then when the radio is on as well. It just shuts off.

Could this be that my factory ground is not sufficient enough?
