Alpine Tuner Question

Does anyone know if its possible to change the FM range on an Alpine 7893R (UK model) from the UK frequency to US frequency? I know with some HU's it is possible, but with other's you can't change it.

It's my old HU and I might have the option of getting it back, much prefer it to the Pioneer 6800 that I have now, but am not sure if I can get the tuner to work.
