Thats what the guy i bought it from told me. He hadnt had it hooked up in a few years and ive had it over a yr without a single hick up, always worked for me. Its all the info i have. he told me as long as that unit works its free, haha. Louisiana seems to be interested so i doubt it will be, but ill let you know, thanks.
