I was thinking about Hertz ml2500?I have type x 10 in an audio enhancers ax-10 (1.4cuft)slotloaded box. hits hard and clean, good sound quality. even had in sealed box (.85 cuft). probably the best 10 i have owned. had idmax, 10w6 old and new, jbl gti mk2, other subs oevr the years, jl orion fosgate. should i spend several hundred $ (550) to be exact plus tax? only looking for 10's. for install in 04 sube wrx. has anyone had experience, and i'm not talking comps either. had them and swapped for focal's with dynaudio tweets. p.s. alpine pdx1.1000 sub amp to be used. thanks. sorry so long. monet at stake.

I haven't heard a hertz sub but I got a type x 10 as well don't think I'd like to buy a different sub especially when ur vibrating overhangs at a strip mall with one 10

Just heard 2 type r 10" the other day and 2 type x 10" the other day. I would go with two type r 10", they sounded great. I think that you could get by with a good price by the two tens rather than x's. Thats what I would do, but its your choice. =P
