Alpine restoration

I have an Alpine 7154 car stereo from the 80s that i had in high school...im trying to get it working again and i need a 5 pin female DIN to RCA cable to plug into an amp...ive been told i need the cable that came with it because the pin configuration is native to alpine...ive had no luck finding the cable but i did find the service manual on ebay that should tell me the pin configuration and its on its way...once i have that info can i have a cable made?...and if so does anyone know where i could have it made?...or does anyone know where i can find the original cable?...thank you!

I remember those cables. I'd do a google search; IIRC, they made a 5 pin to RCA adapter.
