Please, You make it all sound like a wet dream. I was just responding to a debate. I just aint on nobody's nuts. We all have our own opinions. Who is better. Who does this and that. I can't believe this category is still open. Alpine and pioneer. Why not alpine and kenwood, or eclipse and alpine, or whatever. Just conversation, that's all.

Alpine, Pioneer, Eclipse are all good head units. It is really up to the buyer and what they are looking for. I like Pioneer and I had the 3400(I know their are alot better HUs) before I traded my car and left it in. I ordered a new one today for $119 from E-bay and will be getting it soon. Its a big step up from the unit I have now which is a basic Aiwa.

It has been said 15 times by myself in this thread, and I will say it again, it's all a matter of personal preference. For example, I may like a $3000 Alpine, and you might like a $125 Pyle.

all decks are not equal... some of the things i see people posting as the almighty or as best are a hoot because they dont understand line voltage, digital-to-analog conversion, and the ability to hook it up to a mad crazy digital processor.......most "stuff" people wack about are average decks from ANY era in car audio.
