Alpine mrx-m240 or crescendo bc2000d

I'm torn between these two amps. Does anyone have any experience with them. It's for 2 type-r 12 2ohm. I have a 370 amp alt. getting a couple battery's not sure what ones I'm getting. But I can't decide what amp is a better fit

The bc2000d I can run it at 1/2 ohm and run the type-r parallel. But with the mrx-m240 I got to wire them at 2ohm.
