Alpine Mrp-m650 Mono

Are these any good? They go for under $100 online but around $200 in the stores.

specs: 400 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms (600 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms)

Shoudnt the 4ohms be lower or the 2 ohm higher?

Do you think 2 would work together to give around 1000 @ 2 ohms?

I been looking a the kicker 600 too but they both seem to not put out enough, Do you think 600 watts of kicker or alpine is equal to 1000 watts of kenwood?

tell me where in stores they can be bought for that,m cuz i think i spend 199 on sonixelectroincs

and yes tyhey are good...pushed a single 12" type on and it sounded very nice

Ebay had a few winning bids for around 100. I was talking about there going for 200 in online stores, B&M are crazy pricing amps problay 350 @ best buy.

This local guy had a kx1200 for 210 and I was going to get that but he sold it before I could pick it up. So im now looking for a amp to get me close to 1000 w @ 2ohms and was going to settle for on of these guys. If it does 400 @ 4 it should be close to 800 @2, So im thinking its closer 300.

Also, they are CEA rated, so the MRP-M650 is actually doing 400 or better at 4 ohm, and 600 or better at 2 ohm
