The title says it all? I currently have a 800.2 amp for two p3s( which i will be updating really soon to type Rs or diamond d6s). Also what is the difference of a 4 ohm amp and a 2 ohm amp on your electrical system?

how would it push two 10 type r or two diamond d6s?

its used, id let it go for 330 shipped to your door....is a 600 dollar amp.....it would push 2 type r easily, and i have 2 dimond audio d6's and im hitting 142+ db on a termlab, so this amp is really powerfull and is super super efficient and will be perfect for a stock electrical system like mine...

THe alpine is a very nice amp but so is the RF I rate them on the same level....it boils down to what you want and or think looks better...

Does anyone know what they both actually put out? Does the alpine over heat?

the alpine puts out 1058 w rms real power unclipped....so its clean....the alpine amp is soo stable and so cool that from my testing i couldn't even get it to turn its fans on...it has two of them, and i havnt even seen them in use to this day.... alpine is a well known company for its quality and efficiency, anf for 600 bucks you know your gettin alot......trust me this amp is really really nice...i can get pics if you want

The rf puts 978 watts... i would keep the rf cause you won't hear a difference in output with only 80more watts.

i guarentee the alpine sounds wayy better...puts out cleaner power at a higher volume....that amp isnt even a fair comparison.....

buy from crutchfield for a 30 day try, return the alpine if you don't like it
