Alpine KTP-445

Hi,

Does anyone know what is up with this amplifier? For those who don't know, its supposed to be a 4x45W RMS amp that is tiny and designed to hook directly to Alpine's 2008 head units. The Alpine site says it should have been available in early to mid '08, but nobody seems to have it, and I can't find anyone who has ever had it.

I'm with ya! I'm also looking at doing this but nobody knows anything about it or has it. Crutchfield is the only place that has anything about it but you have to order it and they don't know when it will come in.

Reviving this old thread. Anyone have any experience with the KTP-445? I just installed one and was really surprised. Small, sounds great, installs easily, does what it claims... I wonder what the life expectancy is on this?
