i have a alpine iva-nav-1 it has the to leads to the foot brake and the parking brake. when i put it in i grouded both of them out to watch the dvd. and it worked but when i shut off the truck and started it back up it did not work. the guy a the car stareo place said the one had to be on a flip swich and the other on a push swich. i did it like he said and it still did not work. so can some one tell me what i have to do.

its a sequence that you have to do. he is right

but theres a module that you can wire in i belive its made by scosche that does the sequence for you.

its not intended for that purpose but it works.

anyone remember what that module is cuz i dont.

and btw i dont recomend watching movies while driving.

even if you think that you have superhuman attention abilities.

trust me.
