i have a d900 that i was going to use but plans have changed. the unit itself is in perfect shape, but it needs a cd load motor which is less that $10 from alpine. the screen looks brand new, the only problem is with the load motor. Id like to get $250 shipped. You could buy a brain off of ebay, and replace the load motor and have a $2000+ tv for a little of nothing. ill add pics in the morning.

the screen is fine, the cd load motor is bad, so when you put a cd in it takes it half way and stops. the motor is cheap, but i just dont have the need for another tv. and yes it is ipod compatible via the alpine adapter.

So, what does it all include and what does it all need (outside of the motor that is?)???

As in, is it just the in-dash unit?

No wiring harnesses, no brain, no cable to go from the brain to the in-dash, no DC-DC converter?

Just trying to figure out what is and is not included so I can try to figure out how much it will take to put a complete setup together...

If it only includes a semi-working in-dash and nothing else, I would say the most it would be worth is about $100-150 tops as it will cost at least $300-400 to buy everything else, then you have to fix the in-dash to make it 100% functional... Used units go for $500-600... Just putting it in perspective...
