alpine IVA-D300

i have a alpine IVA-D300 and i've put the module so u don't have to be in park to watch the dvd player and the module keeps blowing... any suggestions? and also one day i went out and my sub stopped working and i moved the RCA's to the rear output and it worked fine is there any reason that the sub output would blow out of nowhere? thanks, dustin
