Alpine IVA-D106 apn file converter

Does anyone have the program to convert pictures to the .apn file so you can put them on your head unit? I found one place on line but they make the pictures to big so i get an error message on my alpine. they need to be 64kb, the place i found makes them 376kb. i know hteres a program out there but i can;t find it. if anyone can help or send me the program or make aome of my pics into .apn files please please let me know.
