Alpine INE-Z928HD **NO SOUND**???

Hello my friends...I just installed a new Alpine INE-Z928HD today with a PAC C2R-GM24 in my 2003 Hummer H2. I have my speaker wiring direct without using the RCA front and back because I don't care about having onstar working. I have all wiring correct but I'm not getting any sound from any source? All my fade and balance are centered and I'm still getting nothing.

possibly a factory amp?

I checked the factory amp fuse (30amp) and it's OK?!?!

I also have no sound when onstar is pushed or no sound using headphones in rear seat outputs?!?!
