alpine ine w957 hd everything works except i cant get into my settings

hi new here my alpine has the tr7 from pac audio for the bypass I checked and as far as I can tell its programed right everything works nav Bluetooth cd dvd but I cant get into my settings touch button and nope ugly sound its driving me crazy every button itouch is loud beep I mean loud and I cant get into settings to turn it off please help ....I just drove1000 miles with it that way and now I have to go back

so you can watch a dvd movie? if so the tr7 is working and something might be wrong with the deck. try disconnect power or reset and see what happens.
