alpine imprint software

hello ! anyone have any ideas how to get the alpine imprint software to work. I installed it am doing everything word for word as the manual says to set it up however when I go to start up the laptop the norton anitvirus blocks it wont allow it to run I have tried on many different laptops no success if you can help me figure this out I would greatly appreciate it !

Just turn it off to do what you need to do with the imprint install and then turn it back on.

tbh norton blows, i would just shut it off completely and find another anti virus. if you are comfortable with torrenting i would look into kaspersky or NOD32
