Alpine Imprint, not getting any sound in the sub stage!?!?

Hey all, i have the Alpine 9886 and the alpine Imprint. I know for a fact the RCA's are fine and i know for a fact that the sub amp is hooked up fine cuz im not a moron. Im wondering if its my Crossovers on the deck but the imprint has absolutely no manual whatsoever. Any help guys? Thanks!

I know with the 9887 and Imprint, you had to turn the sub gains way down, then run the Imprint, and then turn the gains back up. Otherwise, you could NOT get any bass from running Imprint.

Well im not using the auto tuning part. Im just using it as my 3 way Xover.

No ideas on what this would be? Ik im getting a signal because when i go from 0-1 on the volume it thumps real quick but other than that it does nothing as far as music.

Is there a setting in the H/U to turn the sub on/off? Did you try to raise the sub level in the H/U settings? This one is a stupid one, but are you sure your subs are good?
