Alpine IMPRINT, amp settings, and crossovers, Oh My!

OK, so I have an Alpine head unit going to a Alpine IMPRINT unit, then to a JL 300/4 (bridged to 150x2) and JL a1400. The 1400 supplies a sub, the 300/4 goes to Diamond Audio S600s, which have crossovers (silk tweeters). Can I just hook it all up then run the Alpine IMPRINT software, or do I need to tinker with the amp/crossover settings? Just seems like a LOT of ways to alter the output...

Set the gains correctly first.

Then... If you're planning to use the imprint software for crossover settings, turn off the amp crossovers. If you are not doing that, set them as you want them. Or for safety's sake set it at a decent level for the sub.

The component set has built in crossovers, you can't avoid those, but you can set everything else.
