Alpine ilx-w650 remote control

Hi, I have 2016 Suzuki Swift with Alpine ilx-w650BT radio installed. Since it is a basic car model, it has no multimedia navigation buttons on the steering wheel. Is there a way to install or use some kind of remote control so I can switch radio stations and change volume without touching the screen? Like something that I can pair with Alpine radio and stick to steering wheel?

I saw some gadgets on ebay like http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-5...0001&campid=5335951755&icep_item=354212061948, but I somehow doubt they will work properly. Any experiences/tips on this?
