Radio works fine, plays usb flash drive no problem. But when I hook up m Ipod it says ipod error. I have new ipod classic 120gig. Anyone else know??

i have the 303 i got that on my new ipod shuffle but i turned the car off then pluged it in and it worked, i hate how they take 30-60 sec to read the whole ipod

i got it fixed, the cable from alpine was bad, got a new one. As soon as I plug it in, it pics up in couple seconds. I like how fast it is, but now getting my 991 back hopefully, so selling the 305

was it showing Ipod error or "USB Device error"

I just installed my 305 and i'm having a problem with it not reading my 5th gen ipod w/video. I have all the software up to date. It reads USB Device Error when i plug it in but it does charge the Ipod
