I have a 99 F150 xlt 4.2 Ext,cab Radio wired to ignition.

Allumination and settings work fine,but when i put ignition in start and run, position the tuner and sound turn off.

If i wire to battery or fuse panel the same thing happens when in start and run.

If i had a second set of wires, but i had a factory amplifier the sound wouldnt,

work wired to battery. Is there something i need to do or get to give it more, power. I have been to ford forums and i dont get much feed back tht helps.

I do have a second set of wires,if i had factory amp there would be no sound at all.
