Alpine DVA-9861 Grounding issue

Anyone have this HU and encountered a grounding issue? if so, is there any fix that I might not know of? I know on pioneer HU's (i believe this is true) you have to ground the RCA's on the back of the unit to itself.

just looking for some possible help..
