Alpine CDE HD148BT Buzzing From Auxiliary After Several Troubleshooting Attempts

I received an Alpine CDE HD148BT head unit for Christmas just over 3 years ago and I ended up having to send it back to have the subwoofer rca out fixed because there was no output whatsoever. Anyways off topic I got it back and it has been working perfectly since then. I have came to notice overtime though the very obnoxious whining and buzzing from my speakers when I use my auxiliary port in my head unit.

It didn't bother me for the longest time and I guess it still doesn't but OCD and I need to fix it. I have regrounded it recently because that's one of the most common fixes, didn't do anything. I took out my rca cables and auxiliary cable and the sound is still there.

It doesn't matter whether my car is on or off, it doesn't change tones or pitches to my engine either. So literally everything to my head unit except the wiring harness has been taken out and I still hear it when I turn my volume up.

Sorry for the long post I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be asked questions to which I already tried or knew. The weird thing that I need anyone's opinion on here is that the sound goes away completely when I turn off my internal head unit amp or the POWER IC option which of course makes it so there is no output from any of my speakers because they are stock and not hooked to any amplifier.

Please help at this point I am thinking my head unit itself is the problem
