Alpine CDA-9856 and Changer CHM-S611

Hi guys!

I am trying to figure out if I can connect my new head unit to my old CD Changer. The new head unit (Alpine CDA-9856) is an AiNet connection. The CD Changer is the CHM-S611 that came from Mercedes.

Is there an adapter or anything that I can get that will bridge the gap? Or is this a situation where "You can't get there from here"?
