Biggest concern is what kind of sound you want, pure bass or sound quality, then depending on how much power you got we can figure something out.

i wnat sound quality man not much deep bass i listen to rock so i just want like a good solid bottom end.

I would at least give it around 2" of space from the magnet to the bottom of the box. I have the same setup in my ram. I have built 2 boxes for my type E Alpines, and the less space you give it, the more it sounds like crap. I listen to rock too.
