Alpine Amp.. Need A Clue To A Dumb Problem

Alrite, whenever i turn my truck on, the head unit and amp turn on fine. But The subwoofers dont have any power or anything going to them, until u turn the volume really loud, they kick on and start thumpin. Once they come on, its fine. It just seems that you have to get the system somewhat loud for the amp to start pushin power to the subs. Its an Alpine 1000.1 Monoblock. Suggestionss??

Sounds like a loose ground wire. Had that same problem with my system a few years ago. Fixed it right up. Check your positive wire as well.
