Alpine 9887: Which processing do I want?

I am debating between IMPRINT or H701... I guess it really depends on if I want total control or if I want some guy that designed to perform "as the artist intended".. I am mainly looking for your personal opinions. All my gear is listed below if that makes a difference in your decision. Price is not an issue at this time. Thanks guys!
