It isnt hooked to anything now like I said I have no idea what I was thinking but it was a 5 am lets go to walmart adventure lol... Ya I know but I have 2 9855's

lol. that is silly. You plugged RCAs into the OUTputs of your deck and expected to get an output out of a 3.5mm OUTput?? Not sure if you have ever messed with a DVD player, CD player, car stereo, etc. BUT The output is providing a source of something while and input accepts the output from something else. Going from output to output is like trying to make one penis have sex with another penis. It doesn't really work like that.You need outputs and inputs for most things the work properly together.
