alpine 9827 problem

well today the whole left side of alpine just started blasting static ! U cant even hear the right side unless u move the balance over to the right...wich sounds fine then. If u move the balance towards the middle all u hear is static, if u move it towards the left u hear static.

so I take the radio out and notice that the little fan isnt spinning and the heatsink is super hot. Im still under a One year warrnity from the audio shop I bought it from but the thing is that I installed it myself (Perfectly I made add) and I think they will charge me to fix.

Ru sure its the HU? Not the speakers? The fan thing is kinda weird tho. Not sure why that isnt spinning.

well I fixed the static part ( I had 2 wires touching each other) but that still doesnt explain why the fan isnt spinning anymore
