Alpine 7368 HELP!

I am having trouble setting my stations to the 1,2,3,4,5,6 buttons on my Alpine 7368 cassette player. Anyone know how to do it? I tried setting the station and holding the button down but it goes back to the preprgramed station. I don't have the manual for it. Came with my Pantera but no manual. Thank you!!
