Hi,

I searched but couldn't find the answer or a tutorial...

1) Do you simply drill a hole a little wider then the diameter of the all-thead and use the washers to seal the hole (when you torque down the screws)?

2) What do you use to cut the excess all-thread? I'll probably just by a hacksaw...

I picked up some 3/8" round and 36" long all-threads from HD @ $2.57 each.

That's cheaper then the dowels I was using before...

It is a pain though...but so are dowels....

All thread definitely is better at bracing...
