I'm not going to stand on one side of the fence or the other, but I have to say that your ignorance is what fuels the conspiracy debate.
The government had a lot to gain by demolishing the trade towers and pentagon. Throughout history governments have killed their citizens in order to gain power, and the conspiracy theories state that's the case here, and well, there's more in this case.

Let's look at it. Immediately following the attack we passed the patriot act, which took away many civil liberties that americans never would have let slide prior to the attack...it gave the government a substantial amount more control over our lives. They also were able to scare the american people into a false war with someone not associated with the "attacks" in any way shape or form. Now, how do we stand to benefit from that war? More control over foreign oil which we were conveniently losing control of because of vastly increasing Chinese economy.

I won't go on because I'm tired and I've got more important things to worry about...but whether or not the government did it, there WAS a lot to gain from it, and the government HAS gained a lot from the attacks. Does that mean they did it, no, but there is evidence to point towards it and a fear of being locked up which scares people away from presenting it in a logical manor. There is also evidence against it, but we've all had that beaten into our heads so...take your side.

Everyone keeps doubting the whole "did it really happen/was it fake"
Why would the goverment or anyone make up lies bout that?

What would the benefit be of it?

I could of understood the whole faking the moon thing to make us (USA) look like a bigger country and strong and that way we won the race or w.e.

But WTF would be the benefit of lieing bout who crashed into the trade center? Or pentagon?

why would the government lie about a missle hitting the pentagon? THATS the questions... If it was a missle we would of EASILY had enough of a reason to go to war and the UN would of backed us 100% cause of that.

the pres has an extremely little amount of direct control over the government/country, but that is what keeps everything in balance. because he doesnt have that power all by himself we dont have leaders that end up like hitler/mussolini/hussein/castro.

Half the people controlling this country right now are Bush's chronies. He has PLENTY of power and is spoonfeeding us bullshit so he can exercise that power.

Watched that loose change vid.. I dunno .. The things said in there make sense due

to alot of proof, and controversy.. It's still to impossible to me to believe that our

gov't would to something THAT bad... And it also showed a interview with bin laden

where he said" i had nothing to do with it, i do not have any reason to kill women

and children...???" Ha i think in previous interviews he has stated basically "death to

all americans and christians" Some of the vid makes ya think and wonder like seeing

the explosions seconds before the implosions and the pentagon deal with having no

markings of the plane that was supposed to hit it... But i just imo think there not

telling everything, but i would hate to believe the US gov't would do this

what is this? 8th grade civics class? If you want to lecture me about elementary "checks and balances" basics, go ahead... I'm talking about the DEGREDATION of the presidential institution compared to the eras of nixon and LBJ, yes this is probably over your head..

I read alot buddy, when you go to a university, you are required to take a wide range of courses, it makes you a more well rounded individual, and makes you do ALOT of reading. Also, I dont listen to the radio, nor do I watch cable "news" channels, but if you would like, I could point you to alot of nice books and articles to further your education in this area so you dont sound like an 8 year old.

Sure, it could have been a conspiracy... Funny thing is EVERY POLITICAL FIASCO, during the Clinton administration was a a Liberal conspiracy, now it's a Republican conspiracy under President Bush. It gets really old, most of it is/was propaganda and whether you agree with it or not depends on who you wanna trust.

An independent investigation would be great...

It would really help if half the people who wanna fight about it had brain cells that worked as a team.
