Pistons vs. Heat - Possible Eastern Conference Championship Preview?

So, anybody watch the Pistons game? They looked pretty dominant. I had doubts about Miami winning in Detroit's home court. Wade was nursing an injury though, but still the Pistons looked decent the whole game. Their defense was pretty awesome. Pretty low scoring game, but still decent to watch.

Even IF the starting 5 Pistons die before the playoffs and Miami does win the East there is NO WAY IN HELL they could beat the Spurs or Mavs for that matter in 7.

You seriously think the Pistons can't beat the Mavs? I agree with you with San Antonio, but I can't think that the Mavs would beat the Pistons especially if they have home court advantage.

dallas is not gonna make it out of the west. they remind of the colts. a superb offensive team who finally decided to play defense, but come playoff time, they will get exposed

Yeah, and Nowitzki seems like he may be nursing an ankle injury because I saw him semi-limping on ESPN the other night at the end of the game.

I always liked the Pistons. Chauncey and Tayshaun have been 2 of my favorite players the past few years. I took Tayshaun in my fantasy draft last year and he was a very key part of me winning my league.

i just hate when people use other teams injuries as why the pistons win. richard hamilton played through the playoffs last year with a calf injury. when they won the championship, rasheed had plantar flascitis (sp?) same injury duncan has this year. what about 2003 when they lost to new jersey did they use the excuse of billups being injured with a sprained ankle?
