Ok i have a hhr and will be putting in a system. The porb is that my battery is in the back so i dont want to do the big 3. I was told that a Shuriken SK-BT60 60ah Battery wolud be just as good. So what do i need to know about having one. Thanks

this question has no actual subject - are you asking about a system in general or a battery?

upgrading the battery is important, but so is upgrading factory big 3 wires - grounding at a minimum. you still need the alt to charge the battery and power the system. the wires between the alt and battery are a source of resistance - i.e. voltage drop. upgrading those connections helps. I run a 68 AmpHr battery with 135 min Reserve Capacity.
