I agree most new school amps are not up to par

but I don't have to worry about that cause my system

is powered by Crown amplification

Thats right I said it. ALL New school amps are junk! I've been hunting for a couple of SQ amps the past couple of days and the new stuff is pathetic. And where are the numbers? Often companies are not showing important shit like SN/R, Seperation, and Dampening Factors.
Don't get me wrong, you can get a

100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 JIZAWATT amp for like $25 bucks, but the SQ is trash.

And through my journey, I find that companies like xtant, PPI, Lazar, and Phoenix Gold are dropping crap now too.

Oh well, Im going to buy some old school stuff and I don't give a shit how much it costs me.

not all new stuff...just that the marketing principle has changed so most dont know how to tell apart from whats good and whats not

It's America's attitude that has changed, causing the quality of products to change. People would rather pay less for a cheaper product, and buy it again in the future, rather than buying a product that will last them a long time. Because of this, companies that make quality products have been forced to outsource their products to china to compete with prices and in turn lower quality. This is why walmart is so big - bad products at low prices.

I think it is the people causing the problems.

But you can still find good amps. Although my sony is not the good example. =[
