Horsetrading... did I come out good or bad?

I sold 2- 12" Kicker L7's with a huge ported box made by me to one of my buddys for $180 plus 2- Kicker CVR 10's. I then turned around and traded the 10's with a SPL 520watt 2 channel amp for a pair of Treo TSi 15'' subs in a big prefab ported box, which i plan to sell for a nice price. Oh, one of the Treos has a small cut spot on the foam surround. Whats the best way to repair this?

Silicone sealant.

First deal sucked for you. Second deal was good.. Overall, not worth the trouble IMO.
