I got one for my brother and the top plate came out of alignment. Sent it back to Dave at RE and the rebuilt the motor. It was only there for two days before it was sent back fixed. I would reason that they had to build them becaues of the quick turn around time and such....

After reading that site I am tempted to become throughly discusted with adire audio. I will have to TRY and get the other side of the story before I go on an anti-adire rampage like I did with ikesound...but I am tempted to. Anyone who defends adire after reading that should be shat on by a giant, sad panda.

I've dealt with Adire with ZERO problems many times before.

Dealt with Showrides, zero problems.

Problem here is the internet.

There are only a few people who know the REAL truth, but everyone wants to judge quickly, when they really have no clue. Everything here is heresay, nothing more.

Adire has gotten to where it is today for a reason. This DIY community is a very MINUTE part of their business and I am sure they will support their customers.

Likewise with Showrides, Low-Hz, etc. . . .

How about people just shut the eff up and leave the business affairs to what they should be, business affairs.

I get the distinct feeling from reading wiggins last post on there as well as his action of locking the thread that he thinks he exists on a higher plain then the consumers that buy his product, as well as the dealers. But im sure he doesnt care as the bulk of their business isnt car audio anyway and they'll just keep truckn right along selln chincy subs. Hell when was the last time you all saw Dan on any other fourm but his own? and why? cause he'd get his dick slaped in a thread on any fourm these days but his own.

But in case you guys didn't see the outcome, Dan Wiggins has posted on CS, and he said that Pennypushers is an authorized dealer for Adire Audio. So that was all taken care of.

But, at Low-hz.com there will never be another Adire Audio product. I have thousands of dollars worth of their subs in stock, but I refuse to sell anything that is a sub par product. Even if it will cost me tons of money for not selling it. I just WILL NOT put the Low-Hz name on any product that is sub par.

Agreed, but that is on a consumer level. The deal between Low-Hz and Adire is a business issue.

If Best Buy ordered some equipment from RF, and never got it/took too long to get it/was defective, you wouldn't see a post on the forums about it, nor anything in the newspaper or likewise. ANd why not? Business ethics.
