All Hail Wiggens, Adire Is Back!!!!

Here is a very brief story of what happened.

Many months back, Kevin called up Adire and got a dealer application from them. He filled it all out and sent it back. No problems there. They said okay you are approved, and sent him the dealer pricing sheet. So we sat down and looked at it, and got a large order together. Multiple thousands of dollars we are talking about. So we sent them a VERY large sum of money. Weeks went by, and we never recieved anything from Adire. We kept calling, and leaving emails, and we couldn't get ahold of them. We finally did, and they said our order had been shipped. So another 2 weeks go by, and stil NO drivers yet. Now it takes about 6 days to ship subs across the country. So something was up. So finally, we get in touch with them again, and they go, "oops sorry, we had them all packed up and we thought we shipped them, but we forgot," Okay big deal, so we have been out thousands of dollars for a couple months now. But atleast we were getting our products.

So finally we ended up with our drivers. So we get the drivers, and try to get in touch with Adire once again about getting us on the dealer list. Since we knew it would be difficult to sell their subs without being on that list. So they say, we will get you up there soon. Well that was many months ago, and I guess they just never got around to doing it. But whatever, it is just one more thing we will deal with, since we aren't going to spend hours upon hours, just to get up on that list.

So finally we start testing the subs. And well for a lack of better words, they were complete crap. First off about a quarter of them wouldn't move at all when we tried pushing down on the cones. So of course all of those we couldn't ship out. So already there was a 25% failure rate, before any customers even touched them.

So then we began shipping them out to customers. We figured atleast the good ones would be good. Well, wasn't that a stupid assumption on our part. Just because I have used mk2 brahmas and liked them, I figured they would have the same quality with the new line. That couldn't be further from the truth. So anyways, after shipping about 6 of them out, we knew there were more serious problems. The brahmas which are now rated at 600rms, were blowing with that exact amount of power, and other people could hear rubbing with theirs. I would say about 2 of the 6 actually worked.

So all in all we are getting up to about a 40% failure rate, and that is before we even tested the other half of the subs. So who knows what to expect there.

Anyways, of course we have been doing everything possible to get in touch with Adire. Calling and leaving messages, and emailing them were the only methods we could do. We tried getting Wiggins personal cell phone number, but nodbody would give it out.

So anyways after a couple months of trying to get in touch with them about getting things fixed, we get all this crap from Adire. Talking about us not being authorized dealers, or any of that. Kevin even asked if we could sell on the internet, and Wiggins told him that it was fine to post Adire products on our site. Here is the only place where I think we could have done anyting wrong. We put Adire up, but we never got back to Wiggins telling him the name of our site. But he never asked either, but we probably should have done that anyways. Even though we had no way of getting in touch with him.

So that is pretty much where we are at today. Feel free to post any questiosn you have. I would be more than happy to answer them.

This is Kevin, and Ben hit it right on the spot. Everyone who has purchased from us and so forth know we put 110% into customer service, and try to carry the best of product. If we would have known these problems before hand, we would have NEVER shipped them out to you guys who bought them. It is funny how I have called over 10 times leaving a message, and god knows how many without message. I have PROOF of my emails I sent, AND our invoice. When you purchase from a company direct, there is no, I told him he is authorized, and I told him he wasn't. You are authorized when the company takes your funds, ships you the product, and tells you in a week when Dan gets back, he will put you on the list. When the invoice was emailed to me and subs received, that is a legal binding contract which is now broken and I WILL take action. Please give us a little time and this WILL e taken care of.

Also guys, I have been posting on his forum and he has been deleting post and not calling me. Obviously someone is not wanting to own up.
That is a shady way to do business on the deleters part... The way to do things is to own up, and if you build a shitty product DONT.....

 
It maybe crappy the way I'm doing it as well, but seems all he knows is childsplay. I really hate to do this, but I am a very honest person. I will not stand for someone putting my company down and losing customers to a statement that is false.
