Agreed, but that is on a consumer level. The deal between Low-Hz and Adire is a business issue.
If Best Buy ordered some equipment from RF, and never got it/took too long to get it/was defective, you wouldn't see a post on the forums about it, nor anything in the newspaper or likewise. ANd why not? Business ethics.

Them not warranting subs, that were originally sold from them to a distributor to be resold, is a bunch of BS. If the owner is just gonna close people's threads. what you said is pretty retarted. i dont think any bb reps spend much time on car audio forums, unlike showrides and mach04 or whatever his name is. and how else are they going to get the word out about something like this happening besides posting on a forum. there have been a lot of instances where people get screwed over and nothing happens until it gets out to a lot of other people via forums, then they decide to make things right. and if bb loses out on a few thousand dollars no biggie, thats pocket change to them. to a lot of people thats about a months pay and for someone running a smaller business they really cant afford for stuff like that to happen.

That and BB is an authorized RF dealer...

Maybe I am not seeing the picture, but you cant buy a poduct from a retailer and sell it to the public and expect the manufacture to validate the warranty. Adire has only 3 online dealers and low-hz isnt one of them.

I agree 1000000%. This should have never hit the forums. If Dan had a problem with the site, he should have emailed Kevin about it. Not post on the forums saying he isn't an authorized dealer and so on. What a giant mess that was.

Pennypushers was authorized. Wiggins said he could put all the products online. And Wiggins agreed to honor every warranty claim. So he is accepting that he messed up.

tirefyre (Ryan), is a good guy. He was just making a good point, that when a company has an issue with a dealer. They really should contact the dealer instead of posting on a public forum saying they are lying to their customers.

He should have went a different route without a doubt. Jntar, Low-hz isn't listed because Dan would never answer his emails, or phone calls so I could explain to him we were getting a site together. It is hard for someone to know what is going on when they don't respond. It is pretty sad, that after all the emails and phone calls, he didn't get in touch with me about MY customers problems as well as my own. He posted about some BS authorized. We now know what top priority is.

Well first off RF wouldn't do that to BB because they have business ethics. Second of all, this is a place where people can come talk about stuff, and this is something I want to know about....
