This all started back a couple years ago. Through someone on the forums, I aquired an Adire dealer pricing sheet and wanted to get in touch with Adire about becoming a dealer. I did, and they said B&M shops only. So I was disapointed but pretty much gave up on selling Adire audio for the time being. Figuring it would be a long time before I owned my own shop.
Then a few months later I checked Adire's dealer list just to see if anyone had popped up in my area. Still nobody, but I did notice that MANY of the dealers had websites. So this is what sparked my interest.

I thought to myself well how about this, I can sell Adire Audio for an authorized dealer!!! If anyone asked I could just say we are the same company, and Adire would be fine with it. Thinking that Adire allowed normal dealers to sell online if they owned online stores.

Right there was my mistake. At the time I had a feeling there was something seriously wrong with it, although it seemed legit enough, and if other dealers were doing it, why would Adire have a problem if we did it? But we all know how that turned out, and we don't need to get into that.

This is where Integrity comes in. I knew I had nothing to do with Pennypushers more than selling some of the products they carried. But to keep Adire, I had to misinform people about our relationship. I thought it was a small detail, and if everyone is getting their product and happy with it, who cares if pennypushers sold it to them, or I did.

But I couldn't see the ramifications of my actions ahead of time, and forgot to evaluate the consequences. I never in my wildest dreams thought of getting affiliated with someone who could hurt my company as much as Kevin did. Or that a single person could hurt my company this bad. But I guess this is all apart of the learning expieriance. I never thought I would be battling just to prove I am the only owner of my company. It was quite amazing how quickly things escalated.

Makes your "anti-Adire" stance seem a bit misguided, eh? I'll wait for your acknowledgement of your error and your apology. I assume you'll at least be as much of a man as Ben?

For the rest piling on Adire and me in this thread - read that link, consider the implications, and the next time you desire to join an on-line lynch mob take a second and consider the leader of the mob... You may end up the ones getting crucified in the end...

And that failure rate came from where? The same people now admitting they were lying? Earlier a show of hands was asked about failures - nary a peep. I've gotten one driver back from a PennyPushers client and the driver was perfectly fine.

So if you choose to accept the 20/40/60/80/whatever-they-felt-like failure percentage claims from guys who have now admitted they were trying to game the system, and lied about it to cover their own *****, well that's your perogative... Just remember who you're relying on...
