As such, effective immediately PennyPushers and all its affiliates are no longer authorized. We will honor any sales from PennyPushers (with a copy of the invoice) prior to this date and time, but not those from the unknown and unregistered outlets of low-hz.com and showrides.net.

Apparently Mr. Holden didn't quite understand what we discussed. As such, and due to his failure to actually abide by what we discussed, PennyPushers authorization is immediately and permanently revoked.

Mr. Holden posted several times after our agreement with disparaging remarks that distort the reality of the situation. There never was an authorization for showrides.net, or low-hz.com and we never knew who those entities were.

Mr. Holden has also show his unwillingness to use our products as rated, admitting that many times the driver would fail when used with an amp above the rated power. We rate our drivers appropriately, and it is incumbent upon the user - and particularly the dealer - to understand the limits. Consistently stating "driver X is underrated!" doesn't cut it; if you are going to sell and support the product you need to understand what its ratings are and clarify and points of concern prior to such sales.

Furthermore he insisted on calling XBL² "Ecks Bee Ell two" rather than "Ecks Bee Ell Squared", showing an ongoing and willful ignorance of the product line and its trademarks (I know for simplicity many use XBL^2 instead, but that is standard programming nomenclature for "squared" not "two").

Mr. Holden refused to use our warranty policy, which is clear and has been the same way for years. It is a bit different from other companies, but it is what we use and we expect it to be followed. We expect our dealers to abide by the policies and procedures we have in place, not expect that we will change for each and every dealer how they want to manage it.

Lastly, Mr. Holden and I agreed to simply drop the drama, yet he insisted on misrepresenting this agreement, and has continued to make posts.

Wether or not Low-Hz was a dealer the failure rate was unacceptable, and all from a simple question this happens? I really think it is rediculos. I simply want to know what went wrong with so many drivers. Wether or not Car audio is a majority of adire's sales it doesnt matter. If a buildhouse like TCsounds had a 40% failure rate not a **** person would buy from them, especially if they blew it way out of proportion, changed the subject and then closed the thread.

So lets say all of Low-Hz's sales where 100% unauthorized, does and unauthorized driver shimpment suddenly make them fail? If Dan has brought his XBL technology to the point it has self destructing security he should get the nobel prize.
