Airbag Sensor Error?

I think I have a problem I have an 04 Escalade and was driving to work bumpin and my airbag sensor light came on and it said airbag malfunction so I took it to the dealer who said they needed to replace the module (im guessing that's the sensor).

So the same day Im bumpin and the F**KIN light comes on again!! so my brother in-law resets it with a programmer. My question is will the bag deploy on me? can I just keep resetting the code? someone please help

There is no way anyone can tell you if it will work or not or blow up in your face if it is malfunctioning...

well i worked for gm for a wile the way they have there computers setup when the lite is on the airbag WILL NOT DEPLOY also on the escalade how many miles are on it cause gm has to cover the airbag system up 100k

my 05 silverado would do the same thing especally when it was cold and wet, when the bass would hit at full tilt the light would come on, and one time when i had the seat warmers on and hit up the windows up to check them it went off, replaced my old crap battery and havent had any problems yet and im running a lot more power now. so i would have your battery checked before any thing.

this is right, if the light is on the airnag WILL NOT deploy at anytime, even in a wreck

Get it scanned and get the code the next time the warning comes on. Also do me a favor and move your passenger side seat all the way forward and all the way back while sitting parked and engine running. If the light and warning come up at that time please pm me for further info. Also what type of 250 amp alt do you have.
