Tutorial for installing amp for components?

I've got a friend who needs help installing components and the amp for them. Is there a tutorial vid or website somewhere that would save me from typing a page long response for him? I would just do it for him, but I'm 6 hours away atm.

you have almost 2000 posts here. And you ask if there is a tutorial to help your "friend" do one of the most basic installs that there is?? And you ask this question so you can find a way out of actually helping him and avoiding any real "friend help"??

You sir should be ashamed of yourself. You are obviously a very bad friend and a complete NOOB if you cant even help a friend out on comp install...

Being one of the most "basic installs that there is" it would make sense for his friend to do it himself with some simple directions. (Instead of making a 6 hour drive for a ~30 minute install, then driving another 6 hours back home.)

Here. For beginners, the Crutchfield installation guides are pretty much as basic and straightforward as you can get, and your friend shouldn't have much of a problem.
